Shine+ membership: the whole exterior, handled on a schedule

Shine+ is a recurring residential membership covering the exterior maintenance your home actually needs, in three coordinated visits a year — spring, summer and fall — each timed to the season it matters in. One scope, one annual number, no calling around each time something needs doing. Priced for your home after a walkthrough.

• Priority scheduling

  Members are routed first. When April books out three weeks deep, your visits are already on the calendar — you are not calling to get in line, we are calling to confirm a date.

• Locked-in pricing

  Your rate is set when you join and does not move for the membership year. No seasonal surcharge, no mid-year increase, no re-quoting the same work in July.

• Member rates on additional work

  Anything outside the plan — a deck, a fence, post-storm cleanup, added lighting — is done at member pricing rather than standard rates.

• A dedicated point of contact

  One person who knows your property, its history and what was done last visit. You are not re-explaining your roof pitch to a new dispatcher every time.
