How the work is delivered

  1. 01

    Site walk and standing scope

Every location gets walked and a written scope of its own, so the crew and your district managers are working from the same definition of done at each site.

  2. 02

    Route and cadence set

Locations are grouped into routes and a fixed cadence is set around your operating hours, so service lands the same way every cycle without anyone calling it in.

  3. 03

    Overnight service, same crew

Work runs overnight or off-hours with the same crew and the same standards each visit, so results do not vary site to site or month to month.

  4. 04

    Per-visit documentation

Before and after photos and a completion record are submitted per site, per visit, into your work order or vendor management system.

  5. 05

    Quarterly review

We review scope and site conditions quarterly and adjust cadence, add locations or flag issues that need a separate scope.

Scheduling cadence

Monthly for QSR and high-volume convenience and fuel sites. Quarterly for lower-traffic retail. The schedule is fixed in the agreement rather than called in each time.

Logistics and compliance

  • Overnight and off-hours crews standard
  • One scope and one point of contact across all locations
  • COI issued to your requirements before mobilization
  • Compatible with work order and vendor management platforms
  • Consolidated invoicing with per-site line items
  • Consistent standards across Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Columbus

Account questions

Can we add or remove locations mid-agreement?
Yes. Locations are priced per site, so adding or removing one is an amendment to the site schedule rather than a renegotiation of the agreement. New sites get their own site walk and written scope before the first visit.
What happens if a site gets missed?
It gets serviced at no additional charge and the miss is reported to you rather than discovered by you. Route completion is tracked per cycle, and the documentation makes gaps visible immediately.
How does documentation and work order closeout work?
Each visit produces before and after photos and a completion record tied to that specific site and date. We can close work orders in most common platforms, or deliver documentation by email against a standing PO.
Can franchisees be billed individually?
Either way. We can invoice each location or franchise entity separately, or issue one consolidated invoice to corporate with per-site line items. The scope stays identical regardless of how it is billed.
Is pricing per site or portfolio-wide?
Pricing is built per site from the site walk, because a high-volume drive-thru and a strip-center endcap are not the same job. Portfolio scale affects routing efficiency, which is reflected in those per-site numbers.
