How the work is delivered
- 01
Site walk and scope
We measure the site, identify drainage points and reclaim requirements, and mark the areas to be included so the scope is unambiguous in writing.
- 02
Schedule to your hours
Work is scheduled outside operating hours. Crews coordinate with on-site security or the store manager for access and lot clearance.
- 03
Contain and clean
Hot-water surface cleaners run the flat areas in overlapping passes. Where required, wash water is contained and recovered at the drain rather than released.
- 04
Detail and spot-treat
Gum, oil, grease and organic staining are treated individually. Curbs, bollards, edges and stair treads are detailed by hand.
- 05
Document completion
Before and after photos and a completion report are submitted per visit, in your work order system or by email.
Scheduling cadence
Booked one-time or as needed: post-construction and post-remodel cleanups, pre-sale and pre-inspection turns, seasonal resets, and single scheduled cleanings whenever a site needs one.
Logistics and compliance
- Overnight and off-hours crews standard
- Lot sectioning to keep the site operational during service
- COI issued to your requirements before mobilization
- Water reclaim and drain protection where local code requires it

Recurring Site MaintenanceAccount questions
- Can you work while the site is open?
- We prefer not to. Standard practice is overnight service. Where 24-hour operation makes that impossible, we section the lot and work in phases so traffic flow is never fully interrupted.
- Do you handle wash water containment?
- Yes. Where the municipality or your environmental policy requires it, we contain at the drain and recover wash water for approved disposal. This is scoped and priced up front, not added later.
- Can you service multiple locations at once?
- Yes. A one-time cleanup can cover several locations under a single scope and schedule, with per-site documentation. If you want it repeating on a fixed cadence instead, that is our recurring site maintenance program.
- How do you handle work orders?
- We can receive, update and close work orders in most common platforms, or work off standing POs and email confirmations if that is simpler for your team.
