Recent commercial window cleaning work

How the work is delivered
- 01
Building survey and panel count
We count panels by elevation, measure heights, and identify which sections are reachable by water-fed pole versus lift, boom or rope access. The count and the access plan drive the scope.
- 02
Access and safety planning
Anchor points, tie-back certifications, lift staging, pedestrian control and roof access are confirmed with building management before a date is set.
- 03
Fix the program cadence
Exterior and interior frequencies are set separately and locked into a recurring calendar so the same crew returns on the same schedule.
- 04
Service by elevation
Purified water on the exterior for spot-free drying, traditional squeegee and hand detail on interior and reachable glass, frames and thresholds wiped as we go.
- 05
Flag and report
Failed seals, scratched or cracked panes and damaged frames are photographed by elevation and reported for work order closeout.
Scheduling cadence
Monthly or quarterly for occupied office towers and hotels. Quarterly to semi-annual for full-building exteriors. Annual for high-access elevations on campuses and industrial facilities.

Account questions
- What is the minimum size of commercial glass job you take?
- This program is built for multi-story buildings, large glass facades and high panel counts, typically two stories and up or several hundred panels across a property. Single storefronts and small retail glass are not a fit, and we will say so rather than quote work we are not set up to route.
- How do you reach upper floors?
- Water-fed pole systems handle roughly four stories. Above that we work from a boom lift, or use rope and high-access methods where the building has certified anchor points and lift staging is not practical.
- Is interior glass included?
- It is scoped separately because it requires access during or around tenant hours. Most programs run exterior on the frequent cadence with atrium and lobby interior glass at a lower frequency.
- Do you need building water or power?
- No. Our water-fed systems carry purified water and our equipment is self-contained, so exterior service does not depend on building utilities.
- Can you cover several buildings on one property or campus?
- Yes. Multi-building properties are the normal case: one scope, one schedule, sequenced buildings and per-building documentation for each visit.
